After a humid run this morning, I couldn't resist the urge to do a little baking. Maybe because I felt like I was baking outside? Raspberry scones with amazing fresh raspberries picked from Hencles on Monday was my choice. I think perhaps it doesn't get any better than that. So here, with one completed scone and a pot of tasty french press coffee, is a sneak peek at our new living room. Bright and airy in the mornings and afternoons, plenty of room to think and lounge and read and write. And now that's just what I'm off to do.
Next weekend we go to THE COTTAGE. I can't wait.
